SERVICES OFFERED

Wolfe&Cub. provides birth education workshops and private midwifery care in the antenatal & postpartum period. Wolfe&Cub. also offers a carefully curated collection of birth preparation products and TENS machine hire.

These services are bespoke, tailored to your individual needs, evidence-based, and within my scope of practice as per our midwifery standards of practice Here.

Anything outside my scope of practice will be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider as per the ACM’s National Midwifery Guidelines for Consultation and referral Here

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • All appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking.
  • Payment may be discussed with relation to a 50% deposit in the case of larger care investments.
  • Payment can be made securely via bank transfer or the online booking system.
  • If a payment fails, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • For services on the Mid Coast, NSW, all appointments booked more than 10km from Forster, NSW will incur a travel charge. Travel fee – 0.88 cents per km over 10km from Forster, NSW.
  • For services in Sydney a travel fee will be discussed at the time of booking your service and this will be based on a flat rate.

PRIVATE HEALTH FUNDS/MEDICARE

  • If you have private health insurance, you are responsible for liaising directly with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for private health benefits in respect of the services you receive from Wolfe&Cub., Tahlia Darvas. A paid tax receipt will be provided.
  • Medicare details will be taken at time of booking and any Medicare rebate services will be billed accordingly with the appropriate item number so as you can claim at the completion of your consultation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled private pregnancy or postpartum care consults or birth preparation workshops will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee.
    - Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be refunded 50% of the total product/service. This is for all service provisions including birth preparation workshops.
  • Rescheduling:
    - Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. There will be no fee for this. Rescheduling after 48 hours will incur a $25 administration fee.
  • Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
    - If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date at your convenience.
    - Refunds will be processed to your nominated bank account within 5-10 business days.
  • Medical, emergency or unavoidable situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@wolfecub.com.au with any cancellation, rescheduling requirements.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Wolfe&Cub. business’s hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, unless otherwise individually specified or booked. Correspondence, phone calls and support outside of these hours are at the discretion of Tahlia Darvas.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

Wolfe&Cub. are committed to their clients and their customer satisfaction. If, in the event you are unhappy with the Services provided by Wolfe&Cub., we encourage you to contact us at hello@wolfecub.com.au to discuss your complaint and we will endeavour to rectify if appropriate.

  • Personal information collected during the booking process or consultations is stored securely using a third-party, cloud-based system.
  • We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client records, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wolfe&Cub. Tahlia Darvas, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
